I was already in the middle of an offer when I had to fire my last realtor before Paul Oehlerts! I hired Paul referred by my wife because Paul's wife worked with my wife. Plus he answered the phone after I called two other agents before him that never answered their phones. When I want to do business I don't leave voicemail when I need to act on piece of property! I cut to the chase and explained how the last agent let the deal go south and was not in good communication with me.
