I was already in the middle of an offer when I had to fire my last realtor before Paul Oehlerts! I hired Paul referred by my wife because Paul's wife worked with my wife. Plus he answered the phone after I called two other agents before him that never answered their phones. When I want to do business I don't leave voicemail when I need to act on piece of property! I cut to the chase and explained how the last agent let the deal go south and was not in good communication with me. Paul was always transparent and let me know exactly how conversations went with listing agents. Veterans understand Veterans. That's just the way it is and regular civilians don't take us seriously! When I offer on a half a million dollar house I mean business and I want the deal go the way I researched it should. Paul was always ontime or early! We got daily updates as soon as he heard what he new! This was a new construction build so there was tight deadlines and Paul managed both sides perfectly. There was set backs on other ends but Paul pushed hard to overcome those obstacles! This is our third house we bought in Wasilla and never called our old agents but Paul Oehlerts will be called again when we are ready to hit the market!!!
